Founder, operator and public-company executive with a career spanning technology, strategy, M&A and global execution — from building businesses to contributing at the enterprise decision-making table of a global public company.
Tomer Ben Ezra combines deep technology roots with founder experience, two successful company exits, post-acquisition integration and senior leadership inside Yum! Brands. His strength is connecting vision with execution — navigating multidisciplinary organizations and aligning stakeholders around strategic direction.
Beyond his professional career, Tomer is married and a father of three boys.
At Yum!, Tomer was part of the global technology leadership decision-making group, contributing to strategic decisions involving global technology architecture, build-vs-buy, platform strategy, vendor consolidation and geographic expansion.
A one-man, 100% bootstrapped operation that became a scaled gaming-advertising business — and Tomer's first founder-led exit.
Founded in 2010 without outside capital, MauDau was sold to a private investor group approximately one year later. Tomer remained CEO for roughly three additional years, scaling the organization and market presence before his exit.
MauDau worked with major gaming companies including Playtika, King.com and Ubisoft. Tomer presented live at Casual Connect Seattle in 2012.

Tomer led the company through the acquisition process, including transaction strategy, negotiation, legal and finance diligence, technology diligence, commercial alignment and integration planning. After acquisition, he moved from founder to public-company executive, leading integration and organizational scale.
The post-acquisition chapter was as important as the transaction: integrating TicTuk into Yum!, expanding its global role, and developing a leadership bench capable of taking over day-to-day responsibility.
Technology fluency, transaction experience, enterprise alignment and people leadership brought together around execution.

End-to-end founder-side leadership spanning strategy, negotiation, legal, finance and technology diligence through integration.
Software-engineering roots combined with SaaS, product, digital commerce and global platform leadership.
Navigating Technology, Finance, HR, Strategy, Legal, Operations, leadership and peers to build alignment.
Moving founder-led businesses into scalable corporate operating models while preserving ownership and speed.
Building durable customer and stakeholder relationships across five continents and diverse cultures.
Tomer's philosophy starts with selecting people for culture and character as carefully as for talent, then earning trust through visible action and personal example.
Complex organizations require leaders who understand competing priorities, communicate across disciplines and create shared conviction around strategic direction.
“Choose the team carefully. Culture fit matters before talent. Then lead by example.”
Stay close to the team. Help directly. Build a strong unit through actions rather than slogans. Give leaders freedom to experiment and fail safely, while anticipating and containing downside so learning never puts the business at unacceptable risk.

To Whom It May Concern,
I had the opportunity to work closely with Tomer Ben Ezra during Yum! Brands' acquisition of TicTuk Technologies, a transaction I helped lead from the Yum! side.
Throughout the process, Tomer distinguished himself as a highly capable entrepreneur, strategic thinker and negotiator. The transaction involved an extensive diligence and negotiation process spanning technology, finance, legal, commercial and strategic considerations. Tomer demonstrated an unusual ability to move comfortably between these disciplines while maintaining a clear view of the broader strategic objective.
What particularly stood out was Tomer's ability to balance conviction with pragmatism. He was a strong advocate for the company he had built and for its shareholders and team, while understanding what was required to create alignment with a large global public company. He approached difficult negotiations thoughtfully, understood the interests of the different stakeholders around the table, and consistently looked for solutions that could move the transaction forward.
Tomer also brought a visionary perspective to our discussions. He saw TicTuk not simply as a technology product, but as a platform with the potential to become part of a much broader global digital-commerce ecosystem. Following the acquisition, that vision continued as TicTuk became integrated into Yum!'s technology portfolio and expanded its role within the organization.
Having worked with Tomer through both the transaction and the transition into Yum!, I came to know him as an entrepreneur who can operate effectively in a sophisticated corporate environment without losing the speed, ownership and forward thinking of a founder.
I would recommend Tomer for senior executive roles requiring strategic thinking, complex negotiation, technology leadership and the ability to align stakeholders around an ambitious vision.
